Hi, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in the beautiful Orange County California with my incredible fiance JP and happy go lucky Dad Henry. My journey from America with my brother and parents in 1990, when I was only one and a quarter years old. older. I wouldn't be now sharing my story with you if it wasn't for the fact that my parents love dedication and hard work. Since I was confident that I would have a brighter future, I was determined to be successful and do my parents proud. I believed that my future would unfold the same way as I graduated from college, land an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then marry and begin a family. While I believed this was the standard for success, life had different plan. In 2013 I found myself looking forward to going back to my work position because of the amount of money and fame that did not bring me joyand I was feeling like I was tossing my life off to make a buck when I knew I was in the right place for more. I possessed a passion for fitness and getting out and about with friends. in my journey to this new path in life I found my calling in private training. In 2014 I started my business on the side and this year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my seventh anniversary. For an Asian female working in this field, it is rare to find females like. I strive to be a positive influencer within the business to offer expert coaching for individuals to be healthier and happier by designing healthy and sustainable living that caters to the individual needs and desires. Additionally, I want to encourage individuals to follow their ambitions and to achieve whatever they would like to in life. The death of my mother, which occurred as my career began to gain momentum I was suffering the most devastating loss of my life. Her battle with Scleroderma for eight years is over and she rests in Heaven. The memory of her will always remain in my thoughts and my mind. While you might not see the signs at first, God can be a bit elusive in giving us what we really need. The passing of my mother changed me in a variety of ways. I believe my mom gave me a second chance at life through her passing. When she passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. Now it was time for her to move on into her new chapter, as well as my opportunity to lead an authentic and satisfying life. At the age of 30, I'm alive and alert. of the fact like I'm living my life today rather than merely living as the person I was back in my previous. My experiences are revealed to you so that I can share with those who read my blog with words and experiences. This can help you feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. There is a way to accomplish everything if you set your mind to the task. Therapy is regular and essential. Health is one of the best riches. It is my hope that you can live your every moment to the fullest and that you will die with no regrets because that's the only thing we can count on in our life.
