Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler has a similar style as The Cinema Snob, but she is more inclined towards obsessively watching dumb action films. She began reviewing movies in late 2009 after becoming popular on their forums. (Under the name of her previous handle Obscurus Lupa), she was invited to join the Channel Awesome team. She was on the website until the beginning of 2015 when Obscurus Lupa Presents was transformed into Movie Nights. She currently hosts two podcasts. One that covers the Charmed Franchise and another hosted by Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. See her videos on YouTube and Vimeo. Also, you can find them via her Twitter page as well as her Tumblr account. Can't get enough Allison? Ninja the Mission Force shows her acting in the role of Interpol Ninja Cheetah. Brad Jones' Jesus Bro! was her debut film. The appearances she made in Midnight Screenings were usually reviews of awful films for kids or RiffTrax, but also the odd adult comedy. She began in late 2009 reviewing films, which gained her acclaim on Channel Awesome's Channel Awesome forums. She joined the group of film critics. She's been on many Channel Awesome shows from Atop the Fourth Wall to Phelous & the Movies. Doug Walker along with Doug Walker were once members of Channel Awesome. They would frequently be featured in shows like Nostalgia Critic.
